Returns & Exchanges

At STARTER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
